JIMMY WALSH BSc, MA, MSCSI, MRICS, IOSH Managing Safely.

• Jimmy is the founding director of Modern Eco Projects, he has 25 year’s professional experience working in the construction industry at home and abroad, and is a highly experienced professional.
• Jimmy has extensive experience in all areas of the Public and Private Sectors, particularly in refurbishment projects of Government Buildings, Production Facilities, Clean Rooms, Colleges, Train Stations, Hotels, Offices, Retail Projects, Swimming Pools, and Residential Projects under various private and public forms of contract.
• An experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, Jimmy leads his team by example, prioritising Customer Service and Value for Money. His commitment to – and enthusiasm for – the built environment, means that every contract undertaken by our company is approached with professionalism and skill.
• Jimmy's in-depth knowledge and experience of most construction types, construction detail and construction contracts together with his ability to implement cost and financial controls means your project will be managed efficiently and effectively.
• Jimmy is a member of the Western Region of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and was secretary of the Western Regional Committee for 2010 and 2011.
